At Maison Hibiscus Paris, every order is prepared with care. Our skincare products are fulfilled by our specialised production and fulfilment partner and shipped directly to you.

ORDER PREPARATION

Please allow approximately 2 working days for standard orders to be prepared before dispatch. During periods of high demand or additional quality checks, preparation may occasionally take longer.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses generally takes approximately 4–7 working days after fulfilment. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations and seasonal demand.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver to supported destinations across the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Dropshipping delivery is also available to Norway and Switzerland. Delivery times vary according to destination and shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so that you can follow the journey of your Maison Hibiscus Paris order.

SHIPPING COSTS
